We process personal data under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Swedish Dataskyddslagen (2018:218). The supervisory authority is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Measurements you type into Block Compare are never sent to us. They stay in your browser tab, are never tied to an account, and are gone when you close it.

Block Compare runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter are held in the page's memory while you use it and are not transmitted, logged or stored anywhere on our side. There is no account to attach them to, because this site has no accounts.

The rules we hold ourselves to for any measurement data:

• Not tied to an account. There are no user accounts here at all.
• Session only, by default. Nothing is retained after you close the tab unless you deliberately send it to us.
• Separate consent to keep any. If we ever offer to save measurements for you, that will be a separate, specific opt-in — never bundled into another checkbox.
• Six months at most, if any is ever kept, and deletable in one step on request.
• Never used for profiling. We do not build segments, scores or inferences from body measurements.
• Never used for targeted marketing, and never used to decide what to show or offer you.
• Never shared with third parties. Not with advertisers, not with analytics providers, not with anyone.

The one case where measurements do reach us is the fit feedback form, where you send them deliberately so we can answer you. Those are used only to advise you on sizing and to revise our blocks, are never added to a marketing list, and are deleted after at most 12 months.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not fingerprint your device, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

• Performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — taking, fulfilling and delivering your order, and handling returns and claims.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting records under the Swedish Bokföringslagen.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — the email list, and fit feedback. Withdrawable at any time, with no effect on what was lawful before.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — answering enquiries and keeping the site secure, balanced against your interests.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

• Orders and delivery details — seven years, as accounting law requires
• Checkout details where no order completed — 6 months, then deleted
• Contact enquiries — 24 months
• Fit feedback — 12 months at most
• Any saved measurements — 6 months at most, deletable on request
• Email list — until you unsubscribe

• The carrier delivering your parcel — name, address, phone
• Our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf under a processing agreement
• Our accountant, for the records the law requires us to keep
• The payment provider the operator configures, when that step is switched on — it receives what it needs to take a payment, and never your measurements

Data is processed within the EU/EEA. Where a provider needs to process outside it, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

No third party ever receives body measurements from us.

• Access — a copy of what we hold about you
• Rectification — correction of anything wrong
• Erasure — deletion, except what accounting law requires us to keep
• Restriction — pause our processing while something is disputed
• Portability — a machine-readable copy of what you gave us
• Objection — to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent — at any time, for anything based on it

Complaining to IMY costs you nothing and does not affect any other route open to you, including the ARN process for disputes about a purchase.
