This follows the standard form published by Konsumentverket. You do not have to use it — an email, a phone call or a letter saying clearly that you are withdrawing has exactly the same effect. It is here because the law says it must be available to you.

Send the completed form to the address or email above within 14 days of the day after delivery. We will confirm receipt in writing. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us, and we will refund the price plus the standard outbound shipping within 14 days of receiving them or of proof that you sent them.
